QC Process
- Raw Materials: Incoming inspection — BPA/phthalate/lead testing
- In-Process: Visual + dimensional checks every 100 units
- Final: 100% functional testing, drop test, torque test
- Pre-Shipment: Random sampling per AQL 2.5 standard
- Third-Party: Optional SGS/Bureau Veritas inspection
Materials Policy
- All plastics: BPA-free, phthalate-free, lead-free
- 3D printing filament: food-grade PLA (corn-based, biodegradable)
